If you purchased a ticket online for an event and are unable to attend said event, please notify us on or before TBA, in order to receive a full refund.
Your refund information will be forwarded to our payment processor and the payment processor will begin the process of notifying your credit card company. You will receive an email from the payment processor once your refund has been processed. Your refund should show up on your statement within six weeks.
